Our signature wagyu beef torched with our special beef sauce. Served on a bed of rice Accompanied with a 62 °C egg and a soy-based beef sauce made inhouse. Paired with a Foie Gras escalope drizzled with our sweet Nikiri glaze and garnished with floral yuzu peel.
